This is Weaver School (Banner Township) in 1912.  Another identical school was built in Banner Township at the same time.  Both schools were operated until about 1940 when the Weaver school was closed.  The west Banner school operated until 1956 and it also was closed.. 

This photo was taken in 1904. The town of Weaver had a Post office until about 1950 and a store for a while longer.  Kenneth Pollestad family is the only resident at this time.

This is a photo of the James Foard Homestead, more accurately the home, the land was purchased from the railroad. From left to right, George (age about 11) then in the back James Foard Sr. and Wife MaryAnn, next with the Jug is thought to be Hugh, then standing in front of the shock is Beatrice, Louise and Helen, standing behind the shock is Hazel
